This water expansion tank is made for non-potable water systems and closed-loop heating systems. The tank is designed to absorb the increased water volume created when a hot water boiler is heated. It has a maximum working pressure of 60 psi and keeps the system pressure below the relief setting of the relief valve. The pre-charged steel tank has the equivalent capacity of 2.1 gal. (ETX-15) and 4.1 gal. (ETX-30).
